    Summer Reading Program Presentation Night As part of the Summer Reading Program at Blacktown City Libraries many families took the challenge of enjoying a good story. Fiona Shen aged 7 of Blacktown read a whopping 107 books whilst her brother Kevin Shen aged 4 read 130 books making them the girl and boy who read the most books. Councillors Julie Griffiths and Kathie Collins presented the awards to the Summer Reading Program recipients.
