What do we have at the library for Children?
The Library offers:
- Picture books and board books.
- Easies - Books designed to assist the learning reader to practice reading.
- Junior novels - Chapter books.
- Books from the Premier's Reading Challenge lists - These books are so popular we have placed special labels on them so you know they are from the list.
- Magazines.
- Spoken word - A storyteller will read to you on CDs.
- Playaways - A storyteller will read to you on a pre-loaded mp3 player.
- CD-ROMs (Personal computer games).
- DVDs - Movies, TV shows and documentaries.
- Toys (available from Our Library @ The Mount Druitt Hub)
If you can't find what you are looking for, place a request for that item and we'll try to purchase it and reserve it for you.
