Membership of Blacktown City Libraries is FREE.

* Note: Non-refundable processing charge levied as at the year item is processed. Refunds are available if the item is returned within 6 months. If returned after 6 months a refund will be made if accompanied by the receipt.

Damaged Item - Irrepairable	Full cost + $9.00 processing charge*

Inter Library Loans
Inter Library Loans processing charge	$2.00*
Blacktown Library is part of a national resource sharing scheme. Interlending charges as per Inter Library Resource Sharing (ILRS) Code will be passed on to the borrower only if the lending library charges Blacktown Library for the service.
In the case of lending charges to Blacktown Library exceeding the recommended charge, then the actual charge to Blacktown Library will apply. The charges are per book item or copies of up to 30 pages in black and white reproduction only.
Books - loan from another Library	$13.20
Journal Articles - copy supplied by another Library*	$13.20

Express or Rush services are available at additional cost.
