The Blacktown City Council Library Service serves a resident population of over 260,000 through 4 separate locations across the city.
The Library has 90,000 registered members and over 275,000 individual resources, including books, CD-ROMs, DVDs, and toys.
To administer such a large service requires a variety of information technology systems.
